Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes! We offer a 30% discount for verified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team with proof of your nonprofit or educational status to apply for the discount.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours! Before cancellation, you can export all your content, pages, and files. After cancellation, we’ll keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, all data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription price. Everything is included – hosting, SSL certificates, and all features listed in your plan.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! Professional and Business plans include custom domain support. You can connect a domain you already own or purchase a new one directly through Alice CMS. The Starter plan includes a free alicecms.com subdomain.
